I don't know if this is helpful or not, but the reviews would not stop me from booking this hotel. ![]() If you are relying on the hotel shuttle, that won't be a problem. So, if you are driving make sure you know exactly where you are going so you don't keep going around incircles like some complained of. The one piece of advice worth heeding is it sounds like it's a little confusing to find. It just seems to be the way the world is now. I am used to store clerks yacking on the phone ignoring customers, etc. It is a delight to find anyone willing to help. I don't know about you, but my expectations for customer service are never high anymore. The person said they ordered food to be delivered and then they were afraid to open the door when the food came? What's that about?Īnother review complained of customer service problems. That has happened to me in better hotels than this. They also complained that they were first given a room that was not cleaned up from the previous guest. Maybe that's why the person expected more, because they paid so much for the room. per night, so there must have been a large event or something going on that would raise the prices that high. If you want that kind of service maybe you need to pay double the rate and go to the Airport Hilton or Sofitel. If you are used to 5 star treatment you probably won't be happy here.įor example the July 24th negative review states "there was no bellboy". This is a 2 star hotel, as one of the reviewers wrote, similar to a Motel 6. I believe some people can have unrealistic expectations. You wonder if the people even stayed at the same hotel. During your stay, take advantage of some of the amenities. Free wifi is offered to guests, and rooms at Red Roof PLUS+ offer a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a seating area. I know it can be confusing reading different reviews. Well-known for its family-friendly environment and proximity to great restaurants, Red Roof PLUS+ West Palm Beach makes it easy to enjoy the best of West Palm Beach. Well I have not stayed at the Red Roof Inn, but I can offer a little advice from my experience with Trip Advisor hotel reviews.
